UFOs and the National Security State – by Richard Dolan

Richard Dolan’s lecture "National Security and UFOs: The Foundations Years 1941 - 1973" was based on his book “UFOs and The National Security State” published in 2000. He made his presentation at Los Angeles Air Raid 1942the 1st Annual Exopolitics Expo (The X-Conference) in Washington DC on April 17, 2004. “This book is the best primer of this topic ever written” declared Bassett “If there wasn’t a single photograph of an extraterrestrial or a UFO anywhere, the historical record as he describes it is confirming of an extraterrestrial presence”.

Space: America's New War Zone – The Independent

The Bush administration has staked an aggressive new claim to dominate space - rejecting any new treaties that seek to limit the United States' extraterrestrial activities and warning that it will oppose any nations that try to get in its way. A new policy recently signed by President George Bush, asserts that his country has the right to conduct whatever research, development and "other activities" in space that it deems necessary for its own national interests.

Exopolitics and the U.S. Neocons – President Ronald Reagans "Alien Threat" speech at the United Nations

When we consider the American Neo-conservative philosophy regarding the rest of the world it comes as no surprise to discover how they would address the concept of Extraterrestrial visitation. The Neo-con mind-set appears to make no distinction between possibilities and realities. 'If it is possible that they could attack us, then we should consider that they intend to attack us': hence the pre-emptive strikes. ET could be here for one reason only.

Psychology of Dreamland – by Terry Hanson

"How Secrecy is Destroying Public Faith in Government and Science: Topographic maps of Groom Lake, Nevada, available for a modest fee from the United States Geological Survey, show little more than scattered mountain ranges, a dry lake bed, and assorted unimproved roads running this way and that across the parched, high-desert terrain. The Las Vegas Sectional Aeronautical Chart, published by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for navigation purposes, offers no indication of landing strips or military facilities on or near the lake bed. These maps are official cartographic lies, part of a coordinated strategy among various federal agencies to deceive people about what the U.S. government is doing out there in its sprawling, top-secret desert test range northwest of Nellis Air Force Base".

The Brookings Institution – "Proposed Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs"

In 1958, one year after the Soviet Union successfully put a Cosmonaut into orbit, the United States of America founded the National Aeronautics and Space Administration - a non-military space agency charged with all matters of US civilian space exploration. The Washington D.C. based think-tank - The Brookings Institute - were tasked with determining the socio-political implications of such a scheme. Its 1960 report 'Proposed Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs' was cited by film-maker Stanley Kruibrick as the reason behind the conspiracy angle in his film "2001: A Space Odyssey" (1968). The 168 page report determined that, while in all likelihood evidence of extraterrestrial intelligence may be found in the form of "artifacts left on the moon or other planets" the effect of such a discovery would not necessarily be a possitive one - "societies sure of their own place in the universe have disintegrated when confronted by a superior society".

The Disclosure Project - National Press Club Conference held in Washington DC

On May 9th, 2001 more than twenty Disclosure Project witnesses from military, intelligence, government, corporate and scientific backgrounds came forward at the National Press Club in Washington DC establishing their willingness to give testamony to a congressional hearing on the reality of extraterrestial presence, UFO secrecy and the supression the advanced technologies by the secret government within both compartmentalised military black projects and overt state sponsored activities.

Fastwalkers - A film by Safespace News Agency

"Fastwalker is a descriptive term used to identify artifical satellites in near Earth orbit altitudes. The term is alleged to have been originated by NORAD (North American Air Defense Command) as a means of identifying objects by their movements. A slow moving object (a slow-walker) indicates that the piece is space debris or an artificial orbiting satellite. In contrast a Fastwalker is identified by mean of its larger velocities and its ability to make sharp trajectory changes indicative of spacecraft (terrestrial or otherwise) that make use of electro-gravitic propulsion type technologies."

The X-Conference – 2nd Annual Exopolitics Expo – April 22-24, 2005

"Stephen Bassett, the charismatic political activist and one time candidate for Congress (Maryland) closed the weekend’s events with an inspiring and optimistic preamble. Here was a new tool in his campaign to end the 'government enforced truth embargo on extraterrestrial related phenomena'.

The climax of the 2005 X-Conference was the Exopolitics Panel. A panel of twenty or so people – witnesses, researchers and others – gathered together to discuss various aspects of the extraterrestrial presence and the pending political implications. No one here proclaimed to be an expert – “In this field there are no experts” declared Bassett “we are all still learning”.

Toronto Exopolitics Symposium - Former Canadian Minister of Defense Speaks about the Extraterrestrial Pressence

The highlight of the 2005 Toronto Exopolitics Symposium was a 30 minute presentation by former Canadian Minister of Defense, Paul Hellyer. He served during the administration of Lester Pearson and was a contemporary of Secretary of Defense, Robert MacNamara. Mr. Hellyer stated clearly he was convinced there is an extraterrestrial presence. He stated he had recently reread Lt. Col. Philip Corso's book, The Day After Roswell, and contacted an Air Force general in the United States who confirmed the books major assertions. This is a nontrivial development which will have repercussions. Washington, DC based PRG Executive Director, Stephen Bassett, followed with a closing Keynote Presentation at the Toronto Exopolitics Symposium on UFO Disclosure and Planetary Directions held at the University of Toronto's Convocation Hall.

Exopolitics or Xenopolitics? - by Steven M. Greer

"We have watched with some concern as the emerging area of exo-politics has taken a dangerous and potentially ruinous turn towards rumor, urban-myth speculation and inflammatory xenophobia. While there are certainly diverse opinions regarding why any given extraterrestrial civilization may wish to visit Earth at this time in our history, recent public comments by Michael Salla have added a virulent strain of fear-based xenophobia, based on the flimsiest of documentation. While I am usually reticent to engage in commentary regarding the opinions espoused by certain personalities, I feel a point has been reached where silence only redounds to the further empowerment of a message of fear, hatred, prejudice – and the unwitting buttressing of the argument for weapons and war in space."

UFOs? Rest In Peace - by Stephen Bassett

"Bethesda, MD USA – In Alexandria, Virginia there is a place called Gravelly Point Park. It’s not much of a park, but quite the place. It is known throughout the region because it sits a mere 1000 feet from the north end of runway 1/19 at Reagan National Airport. Bicyclists pull off the Mount Vernon Trail and tourists pull off the George Washington Parkway to watch the planes land and take off – a longstanding pastime uninterrupted (remarkably) by the events of September 11, 2001.

Landing planes fly over this grassy patch so low you can see the tread on the tires. Wind direction permitting, planes taking off will rattle the fillings in your teeth. During the day the park is never empty. It’s addictive.

This author has been there many times and remembers one perfectly clear day during the summer of 1992. As the planes passed overhead this thought came to mind: while the destination of the plane was known, the Washington, DC metro area, the point of origin was not known. Neither was it known how many people were on board, if any - it could be remote controlled – nor their names, reasons for coming, home towns, hopes and dreams. And depending upon the viewing angle, it might not be possible to even know the airline."

The Exopolitics Institute – Press Release – July 4, 2005

On July 4, 2005 Political Activist and Exopolitics pioneer Michael Salla founds the Exopolitics Institute. "The Institute aims to provide resources for scholars researching exopolitics so that these capable men and women can share their pioneering work and information with a public ready to know the truth. Also promoted by the Exopolitics Institute are the topics of full disclosure of extraterrestrial information; the idea of transparency in all government activities related to extraterrestrial issues; assistance to those performing `exopolitical activism'; and to promote those individuals who have credible evidence of contact with extraterrestrials."

The Coming Galactic Superwave – by Alfred L. Webre

According to one analyst, "both our species' recent history and that of the crust of our planet, have been both gradual and catastrophic. However, the catastrophes are of first and most immediate concern, since they relate to periodic "superwaves" or volleys of cosmic rays from the Galactic Center itself. The Galactic Center is an incredibly superdense region only about as big as the sphere enclosing Jupiter's orbit: it is about 23,000 light-years away in the constellation of Sagittarius." Others analyze the 13,000 and 26,000 year cycles of the Galactic Superwaves in the context of spiritual and prophetic texts. Under the Mayan Calendar, this TUN, or organic unit of Galactic time is scheduled to end and a new TUN is scheduled to begin on December 21, 2012. According to the "Prophetic" frame of perception, the December 26-27, 2005 Gravity Wave/Tsunami was a Warning that humanity should move out of a permanent warfare economy into a peaceful, sustainable, cooperative, Universe-oriented Space Age society, seeking to integrate with Universe society.

Earth Under Fire – Galactic Superwave research by Paul LaViolette

Many ancient myths from around the world tell catastrophic destruction by fire and flood. These ubiquitous legends are so extreme that they all are often dismissed as imaginative exaggerations. Paul LaViolette connects these myths to recent scientific findings in astronomy, geology, and archaeology to reconstruct the details of prehistoric global disasters and to explain how similar tragedies could recur in the near future.

Compelled by his decryption of an ancient warning hidden in zodiac constellation lore, LaViolette worked with information from many scientific sources, including astronomical observations, polar ice core measurements, and other geological data, to confirm that our Galaxy's core exploded, unleashing a barrage of cosmic rays that arrived near the end of the last ice age. This barrage caused the solar system to become enveloped in a dense nebula, which led to periods of persistent darkness, frigid cold, severe solar storms, searing heat, and mountainous floods that plagued mankind for many generations.

Linking his scientific findings to details preserved in ancient myths and monuments, he demonstrates how past civilizations accurately recorded the causes of these cataclysmic events, knowledge of which may be crucial for the human race to survive the next superwave cycle. This information reveals the intelligence and ingenuity of our ancestors who, when faced with extinction, found the means to warn us that the apocalypse that destroyed them could occur once again virtually without warning.
